BAKED GOAT CHEESE WITH ROSEMARY, FIGS AND HONEY

The warm weather is finally arriving, which means Spring is here and many of us will be taking advantage of the gorgeous weather to spend our time outdoors! What’s better than firing up the barbecue and enjoying a meal outdoors?

Our baked goat cheese with grilled figs, rosemary, and hone is the perfect prelude to any outdoor meal, and is sure to wow guests at your next backyard soiree!

Ingredients:

  • 7 oz. goat cheese roll
  • 4 ripe figs
  • 4 sprigs of rosemary
  • 4 teaspoons of honey

Directions:

  • Cut the goat cheese into 8 slices
  • Cut the figs in half
  • Place 2 pieces of cheese, a fig half, and a sprig of rosemary in each grill-safe dish (we recommend our BBQ Passion collection)
  • Add a teaspoon of honey to each
  • Heat on the grill or in the oven until the cheese starts to melt
