New Year’s Eve is nearly here, and you don’t want to be without a drink in hand when the clock strikes midnight! Sure, you can serve the cliché of champagne at your New Year’s Eve bash, but why not try a festive champagne cocktail instead? This Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail is easy, festive, and fun!

Ingredients:

  • A bottle of your favorite champagne
  • 1 cup of sweetened pomegranate juice
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish!

In each champagne flute, add in 1/4 cup of pomegranate juice and top it off with champagne, then top with a few pomegranate seeds. It’s an easy way to brighten up your cocktail menu for the holiday! This recipe serves four, but can easily be manipulated for your party size!
