Isabelle von Boch: The Fashion of Villeroy & Boch

My Spring tour is about to begin and I am inspired by the worlds of fashion and home decor.

As I review the runway collections from New York, I am reminded more than ever how fabulous our dinnerware patterns are. I have been preaching for years to “treat your dinnerware like a wardrobe”. They are that little black dress that you can dress up or down. They are that beautiful silk blouse that makes you feel elegant. They are that cozy sweater that adds warmth and function to your life. They are a reflection of you…your mood, your style, your aspirations. And just like your wardrobe, they intermix wonderfully together…no matter how eclectic or matchy you choose to be. They are your fashion statement.

Villeroy & Boch is celebrating its 265th anniversary this year. We have always been a leader in fashion and design. And, 265 years later, this statement remains true! I’d like to give a special nod here to our fabulous designers in Germany who create such beautiful dinnerware patterns and shapes…designs that belong on a runway! Each wonderful piece inspires me in my life, and, hopefully, you feel the same! Straight off the runway, I present to you how clothing truly parallels with Villeroy & Boch style.

Yours in Style,
