Everyday I embrace the things I do for my health. One of which is tea.
At any given time, there is almost always a teapot brewing in my home. This is a small effort that I make to keep myself feeling cleansed and hydrated every day. Plus, there are many other health benefits to drinking tea. I grew up with this custom and have raised my children this way. Even as teenagers, they preferred tea over soda…and have now carried this tradition into their own homes.
The warming and healing effects of tea is a wonderful habit to embrace for yourself or with your family and friends. Naturally, I’m passionate about how I serve my tea. I’m in love with my collection of teapots (who is surprised here?). I want the beautiful teapots that make me feel proud to own them. I want the tea cups and saucers that make me feel special. Some of these pieces I’ve owned forever, some are brand new and hiding from my husband, but they all play an important part in the slow and beautiful ritual of tea time.
To your health,
